Cell Behavior Ontology Workshop - Travel and Lodging Arrangements
Thank you for agreeing to attend the NIGMS Cell Behavior Ontology Workshop, May 4-6, 2009 with an Executive Wrap-Up on May 7, 2009 at the Natcher Conference Center on the NIH Campus in Bethesda, MD. Professional and Scientific Associates, Inc. (PSA) is a support contractor and will provide you with logistical support for the upcoming meeting. The contents of the message include:

Meeting Information:
The meeting will begin at 8:30 a.m. on May 4th in Room A of the Natcher Conference Center located at 45 Center Drive on the NIH Campus in Bethesda, Maryland.
Session Assignments:
Benjamin Zaitlen will contact you regarding the sessions to which you are assigned and the corresponding days you are asked to attend. Should you have any questions, please contact Benjamin at bzaitlen@indiana.edu.
Hotel Location & Information:
Although the meeting will take place at the Natcher Conference Center on the NIH Campus, lodging will be arranged at the Doubletree Bethesda Hotel located at 8120 Wisconsin Avenue, Bethesda, MD 20814.
Please complete the attached Hotel Information Form and return to Lilly Cho at L_Cho@team-psa.com by close of business Friday, April 17th. Please include your requested check-in and check-out dates. PSA will submit your rooming information to the hotel and provide a confirmation number via email. In order to reduce your out-of-pocket expenses, PSA will pay for your hotel room and applicable taxes on a master account for all approved nights. All incidental expenses, such as phone calls, room service, pay-per-view, etc. will be your responsibility upon check out. Please contact PSA immediately if you need to change or cancel these arrangements.
The hotel offers a complimentary shuttle to building 10 at the North entrance of the NIH campus. The shuttle runs from 7:00 a.m. – 10:00 p.m. Monday through Friday with trips scheduled every hour on the hour. The shuttle is also available on call during the weekends. Please call the front desk prior to riding the shuttle to confirm space and availability.
Travel Information & Confirmation:
We strongly advise that you arrange travel accommodations through the PSA Travel Department so that they will be paid directly by PSA. To do so, please contact Valerie Duston at Diplomat Travel at (703) 318-9400 or (800) 476-2333 or fax your completed Travel Form to (703) 318-9710 no later than Friday, April 24, 2009. Should you arrange your travel accommodations individually, please consult PSA as to the maximum reimbursable amount.
Reimbursement:
As a sponsored attendee for this meeting you are entitled to:
a) Ground transportation, round trip, between your home and local airport (e.g., personal mileage at $0.585 per mile or a cab / shuttle fare) and round trip fare for a cab or shuttle service between an Washington Area Airport and the Doubletree Bethesda;
b) Airport parking / tolls / metro;
c) The Meals and Incidental Expenses per diem rate for the Washington, DC is $64.00 per day. You may claim up to $64.00 a day for days you are away from home. Other out-of-pocket expenses, such as long distance calls, are not reimbursable.
A reimbursement form is enclosed for your convenience. Please retain receipts for ground transportation expenses such as taxis, parking, etc. Receipts are not required for reimbursement of meals and per diem. Please note reimbursement payments will be mailed by PSA within approximately 30 working days from the submission of a correctly completed original form.
